Another topic of research I covered was Wind Energy and the possibilities surrounding the utilization of this technology. My research paper covered a brief history of wind manipulation such as sails, windmills, and kites. I included a long comparison of foreign countries compared to the United States and listed the decreasing price of kilowatt per hour energy consumption. Being part of ESW, I found this topic to be very interesting and am willing to take time in developing future wind farms and smaller, more personal wind energy devices.
